About the event
This is a small, chef-led pasta experience hosted at my kitchen, built around handmade pasta, good wine, and a relaxed, intimate setting.
The night starts with a short hands-on pasta class where you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch. From there, I’ll take over and turn what we made into a multi-course dinner featuring seasonal ingredients and simple, bold Italian flavors.
Each experience includes a welcome bite, followed by multiple pasta courses and a dessert. The format is designed to feel more like a dinner party than a traditional class—interactive, social, and focused on really good food.
Wine is available throughout the evening, with both natural and classic options offered to pair with the menu.
For those who want to elevate the experience, optional add-ons like freshly shaved truffles and caviar will be available.
Seating is intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and high quality.
