This Sunday features handmade ravioli in a simple butter-based sauce. Guests will start with a small bite of focaccia, then take part in a short, guided ravioli-shaping moment. Once the pasta is ready, everything is cooked and plated for you while you relax at the table.
This is a calm, winter-style pasta night — focused on texture, comfort, and good food without overcomplicating things.
