About the event
This Sunday is about gathering around the table and sharing a comforting plate of pasta. Guests will take part in a short, hands-on cavatelli shaping moment using a simple semolina-and-water dough. Once the pasta is shaped, everything is cooked and served fresh while you relax and enjoy the meal.
Cavatelli is rustic, unfussy, and perfect for this kind of night — a pasta meant to be shared. The dish will be served with a simple, comforting sauce and finished at the table.
