About the event
A small, chef-led pasta class + dinner hosted at my kitchen 🍝
We’ll start the night with a hands-on pasta class where you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, including dough, shaping, and basic technique. From there, I’ll take over and turn what we make into a multi-course dinner.
Expect a few courses featuring handmade pasta, simple seasonal ingredients, and a relaxed, dinner party-style vibe. Dessert included.
Wine will be available, along with optional add-ons like truffles and caviar if you want to elevate the experience.
