About the event
On January 18th, our carbonara event is straightforward and hands-on. You’ll start by shaping fresh spaghetti from scratch, learning the technique as we go. Once your pasta is ready, I’ll cook it and prepare a classic carbonara—made with egg, pecorino, guanciale, and black pepper—served right away. In 90 minutes, you’ll shape, learn, and enjoy a full meal. The class starts at $55 per person with optional add-ons like wine or truffles will be available, and any extra pasta you shape is yours to take home. It’s a focused, authentic Roman experience.
