About the event
On January 11th, join me for “Let’s Go to Rome: Bucatini & Cacio e Pepe.” We’ll begin with a small bite of fresh focaccia, then I’ll guide you in shaping bucatini from scratch. I’ll personally cook it and serve it with a classic cacio e pepe—cheese, pepper, and pure delight. In just 90 minutes, you’ll enjoy a full Roman-inspired dish, and any extra pasta you shape goes home with you. Eat, Learn, and have fun!
The class is $55 per person, and if you’d like to elevate your dish, we’ll offer optional add-ons like truffles, caviar, or sauces to take home.” That way, they know the base price and the fun extras they can opt into!
